"State Farm overall reasonable on pricing… this office has messed up billing which has resulted in double premiums and almost cancellation of policy…. Customer service is not a top priority for this office 😔"

"We were not comfortable with our previous State Farm agent and made a switch after careful consideration of our needs. We found it with Andy's office. Our initial meeting was with Jed O. and he was genuinely interested in helping us get comfortable with the complex world of insurance. He provided explanations that were clear on what certain policies would and would not cover and he was very thorough with his follow-up to questions we had that were atypical.
